Our Story

Custom And Semi-Custom “Hands-On” Builder

We are a custom/semi-custom residential & light commercial construction company in Lincoln, Nebraska. When it comes to building with us, we do not only ensure high quality standards, we make sure we have someone on-site throughout the project to keep quality up to standard and to make sure we are on track when it comes to timelines. Customer satisfaction is also our utmost priority. We make sure the final results meet and exceed our high set of quality standards and our clients expectations. In between, we will also maintain good communication and expectations throughout the job as we believe it is critical to a successful project outcome.

"Jarid"

Jarid Jochum grew up in small town in Nebraska and has been involved one way or another in the construction industry for 20+ years. Jarid and his wife, Jody have three beautiful girls. He started Blackstone Builders back in 2016 out of passion to build quality custom homes. Based out of Lincoln NE, we are a hands-on quality driven builder. He is personally on-site daily managing every aspect of your build project to ensure the highest set of quality standards is met on each and every project.
